Terry Dunn : ESP Systex - Managing Director & Chairman of Journeycall LTD
Terry has been with ESP Systex in the position of Managing Director since its inception in 1994. As a former programmer he has over 30 years experience in the Computer Service and Printing Bureau arena and he is a former Chairman of the Automatic Identification Manufacturers association (AIM UK). He has been working at the leading edge of data acquisition technologies (including Smart Cards, Bar Coding, Voice Recognition, Radio Frequency ID and Biometrics) for over 20 years, and he regularly consults to a variety of clients on these subjects - his latest report on the use of low cost RFID technology for logistics tracking was commissioned by a major international parcels carrier
Richard Henderson: ESP Systex - Sales & Marketing Director
Richard joined ESP Systex in 2008 and brings with him over 24 years experience of sales and marketing knowledge, with the last 15 years of that spent in the Public, Utilities and Transport markets. His specific areas of focus have included smart card manufacture and scheme implementation, as well as Systems Integration and Automatic Fare Collection Systems, with extensive experience of Local Authority, Central Govt. and UK Rail. Richard has been actively involved in a number of smart card schemes currently deployed throughout the UK and also, more recently, the newly emerging requirements within the Rail industry.
Simon Hill : ESP Systex - Financial Manager
Simon joined ESP Systex in 2003 and has over 15 years experience in financial management in several different industry sectors and medium-sized businesses based in the Yorkshire area. Simon is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and oversees the financial and administrative side of the business.
Robin Ellis: ESP Systex - Chief Technical Officer & Company Secretary
Robin has been with ESP Systex since its inception in 1994 and has over 29 years experience of Project Management and Consultancy, The last 17 years have been focussed in the Auto ID market, the last 10 of which have seen Robin working almost exclusively on ID Card solutions. Responsible for direction of our Systems and Support Departments Robin also heads up our Consultancy Division, which utilises highly experienced, specialist Associate Consultants. Robin has excellent knowledge and experience of working with Local Authorities in Scotland, England and Wales, and of working with Government Departments over a period of 10 years

Julie joined ESP Systex 10 years ago and has over 25 years experience within the Service Industry at a senior managerial level, where she has been responsible for maintaining development and improvement of customer relationship management. With extensive experience of Local Authority and Government departmental relationships, Julie maintains a high profile in the smartcard industry and is a highly influential player in the marketplace, having been actively involved in a number of smartcard schemes currently deployed throughout the UK.
Chris Lockwood : ESP Systex - Operations Director
Having been with ESP Systex for the last 7 years Chris has 29 years IT experience in Software Development, Technical Project Management and Systems Consultancy in a wide range of disciplines covering manufacturing, retail, finance, legal systems and most recently in card personalisation and smartcard systems. Chris has overall responsibility for co-ordinating the activities of the Operations Department and interfaces with the Systems Department.
