Through our strategic partner Journeycall, which is majority owned by ESP, we provide inbound and outbound call handling services including helplines, telesales, disaster recovery and overflow, and operate contracts across many sectors of industry including smartcards, public transport, leisure, advertising and health services. We operate two energetic contact centres currently totalling 100 seats that provide a range of support services focussing on the Transport and Public sectors. Our friendly, UK-based, advisors are highly trained in all aspects of train, ferry and bus journey help-line services. This includes travel information, product retailing, route planning, fulfilment of travel tickets, season passes and smartcards as well as top-up services. We believe that the knowledge and professionalism of our advisors is fundamental to the improvement of the end-customer experience when they call us to book tickets or enquire about their travel arrangements. It also provides us with the flexibility to optimise the use of our contact centre advisors across all sites - which ultimately means the most accessible, highest quality service can be delivered to our clients and their customers.
